I discovered a passion for real estate while in college, where I earned a degree in business administration. I got into real estate in 2002 in Miami, FL with the Keyes Company and later with Ocean View Int’l Realty.
In 2006, I was becoming one the top producers of the family-owned Real Estate company I was with. My motivation and passion for real estate catapulted me to Project Sales Manager for several different developers in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas. In early 2007, I moved to Palm Harbor, FL to take over the sales of a 272 condominium community. In 2009, three associates and myself teamed up to liquidate 198 condominiums in 3 short months auction style in the Orlando area. I still maintains my home in Palm Harbor, FL specializing in all types of residential sales, from bank owned houses to helping underwater home owners with their short sales and even multi-family commercial real estate.
I am never satisfied with my current knowledge, I am in pursuit of the Certified Residential Specialist designation, one of the top designations for a Realtor. I would also like to get an MBA in real estate focusing on green construction. As one of the first agents to earn the SFR certification(Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) by the National Association of Realtors, I focus on counseling my clients. As you can see, experience is definetely my forte.
Update: As of 5/18/2010 I earned the CRS designation after completing my training and submitting proof of over 75 closed transactions in the past 5 years. I really enjoyed the training and it taught me a lot about professional marketing techniques especially how to take pictures like a photographer. Amazing course, if only every agent was a CRS the level of competence in my field would increase ten fold.
